Description
In-Person Group Training for 10k, 13.1, and 26.2mi races
Hosted in the Twin Cities and led by certified coaches, Run Minnesota group training includes Tuesday and Saturday supported group runs, a training plan with multiple mileage options designed to meet the needs of everyone from beginning to more experienced runners, twice weekly workout emails from your coach, a free training shirt and indoor running sessions at the U of M Fieldhouse.
The program offers access to an 8-week training plan on the Final Surge app and website or a PDF training plan to distribute the training plans.
The program dates are March 1st through April 26th.
Goal Races
Get In Gear Half Marathon and 10k on April 26, 2025 and Marathon training geared towards a Boston Marathon peak on April 21st, 2025.
Adaptable for other 2025 winter/early spring races.

Tuesday, March 11th - Kickoff Tuesday Run #2 powered by lululemon @ University of Minnesota Fieldhouse - 6:00pm
