SPRINT - This tier is for the individual who simply wants a training plan to follow. Training plans are available in three mileage levels.
TEMPO - This tier level includes the Sprint Tier training plan, plus the Tuesday & Saturday supported Group Runs that include water stops, route planning, certified on-site coach, and Team Lead access.
INSPIRE - This optional add-on provides access to the Coaches’ Talks that occur on Wednesday nights at 8 pm by Zoom.
